tps plunger spring???
I have been having problems with my tps and I just realized my plunger has no "spring" to it. It just kind of floats around with gravity. I'm guessing that is bad. Can I fix this or do I need a new tps? Can you just take apart the tps plunger deal and put a new spring in it??
Thanks for all helps!

Its toast. I don't *believe* you can take it apart. Almost positive about that. You might gently rap it up the side of the head to free the spring inside. Get another at the junque yard.

The spring is internal and hidden/protected.  You can't see it just from staring at it.  If your TPS pushed in but doesn't come back out on it's own, then you need to replace it.

OK. To the yard of junk I will head. Not that its worth it or anything for the $$$, but can you actually buy a new one? Thanks again for all the help.
