Torque loss

Torque loss
Not dumping the clutch, taking of on the line the rear end squats and loses all the torque, then goes. There isn't any wheel hop if I dump the clutch though. I've got tokico shocks (non-adjustable) and arospeed lowering springs on a convertible. I've been told to weld a block on the top of the diff. Are urithane bushings or trailing arms going to do anything? How do I stop it from doing that?

I'm not sure, but it sounds like you're talking about poor low end torque.
Your rotary engine has auxiliary intake ports that close for low end torque, and open for high end power.
What you describe could be due to the aux ports being stuck (or wired) open.
In the service manual - fuel & emissions section, there is some good information on this feature.
