ok... so Erk is a little drunk, but ill post anyway...

If i could only explain the excitment I'm experiencing right now, I would--but i'm not sure that i can to the fullest.... Tomorrow morning i go to pick up my 91 NA coupe... I pick it up tomorrow at a small dealership somewhere in south dallas. Ive read everything possible to read about RX-7s before i got one(...1 year of sick obsession). The impression i first got from them is...wow...these cars fall apart. Then it hit me...what thirteen year old car DOSENT fall apart? I read more into them...more and more and more.... and i look at all the diagrams, animations, videos... And its something about it--the uniqe charecteristics of the car, the design, and of course.... the wankel. So I was 16 year old and getting ready to get my new car(I'd been intersted in rx7s for about 3 months) and at the time was wayyyy over my head..(and probably still am now) I headed out to LA motorcars, one of the biggest sellers of Third Gen RX-7s in the nation. We looked at several FD's and decided the insurence was way to much on them, so i went and bought a base model 99 camaro later that month. Sure (in my opinion) Camaros are nice looking cars, and...a v6 camaro is NOT fast, but, its is a nifty car, and sporty/styling. But after driving the car for a good 8 months, and (of course) uninsured driver ran a stop sign and i T-boned him(THANK GOD I HIT HIM IN MY CAMARO AND NOT AN FD!!!). So, i had comp and collision insurence, thus the car was repaired, but my premium went WAY up after the insurence renewed recently.. After that, me and my mother.... decided, out with the camaro. The insurence was far to high, we had to cover C&C on the car since it was not fully payed for....so weve taken me off the insruence on the camaro, and are now in the process of selling it. For the past month weve prolly looked at 3 or 4 FCs and havent really been impressed with the condition of any of them. Most of the cars had been wrecked or so mortally physically abused on the inside and out it was horride to drive, or the transmission wouldnt switch gears right, and so forth...... Till we finally found a 91 FC, paint is beautiful, runs like a dream, and... well... ITS AN RX7!!! We've test drove it a few times, and luckily my family knows a decent ammount about rx7s since my mum and dad drove a fist gen for years... But needless to say, I'm 17 and getting without a doubt, my dream car(well, almost)....an rx7....and i cant ******* sleep! I'll update yall tomorrow fter my first full day of driving...
