Timing problem

Lined up my L1 on the yellow but when I switch to T1 it lines up dead on the same yellow mark. I can't even get it close to the Red. I check the alignment marks on the crank angle sensor 3 times. Does anyone have an idea what would cause this. The car runs pretty good set up like this. I'm running a NA in a Turbo using the turbo fly wheel and tranny. Thanks. Gary
