TII Eshaft diffrent from NA?

Im seriously looking at doing the TII driveline swap into an 86 NA. Im only concerned that the TII flywheel will not mate with the NAs eccentric shaft. I can get the flywheel back. I know theres been alot of info about this swap but I cant seem to find out if there more splines or a diffrent diameter Eshaft between the two. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All e-shafts for ALL 1.3L 2 rotor engines are the same. From GSL-SE all the way up to the 13B-REW and everything in between.

You do know that the T2 drive line (tranny, DS, diff, half shafts) are about 100 lbs heavier than the NA versions??

There is no reason to swap them out unless you are pushing more than 200-225 HP through them.

Yes I know but after many decisions about a lsd for my na I decided to get a TII driveline and eventually swap a MazdaSpeed LSD in it. I want to keep my cars forever so Im looking in the long run. I think the TII driveline will eventually have an engine to match. Perhaps a blown 20B or maybe Ill just run it carbed sidedraft. I cant begin to look at more power until I take care of the driveline. Thanks for the help guys. Ill try and pick it up.
Oh Ice I was going to get that torsen for my NA but the Ebay auction ended at 560. I will never pay that much for a stock component that is used. THe MS units are 670. Oh well its their money.

yeah I keep my eyes out for them on ebay too.

I've seen a couple go for around $200, but most of the time they seem to be much higher.

Yup. Very minor differences in oil passages, but a 13B e-shaft is a 13B e-shaft.

Strictly speaking, your statement is not correct. The 1st gen e-shafts do not utilize the thermostat oil bypass valve in the front of the shaft. The 2nd and 3rd gens do have thermostat oil bypass valve in the front of the shaft. Other than that minor difference, the e-shafts are identical.

They all fit! that is the point.... We use an 85 e-shaft in our 95 engine, guess what? no thermal pellet no worries no m7 shims no thermal pellet bypass no hassle period.

Everyone here is correct. The original poster wanted to know if the TII and N/A e-shafts were physically compatible.

I didn't want to go into the gory details of the differences, I just gave him a simple answer.

I didn't want it to turn into a situation where you ask someone what time it is and they tell you how to make a watch.
