tii brakes are not stopping as i would have thought. =/ suggestions pls

As a dealership mechanic I drive brand spanking new cars all day. Brake pedals are firm almost instant on/off feel.
My TII brakes almost went to the floor. (car sat for 9 years mind you) What everyone needs to do is take apart your front calipers and make sure your brake pads can be taken out easily.
Mine where sized up in the caliper and i had to sand them down so they move freely. If you have 4 piston calipers make sure you sand and lube the slide pins so they move freely.
do the same for your rear calipers. Then push in all the pistons to make sure they are not sized up. Then suck all the brake fluid from the master cylender. install frsh fluid and pump the brake pedal
then bleed the brakes
i did this to my TII and went from a pedal that went to the floor to a firm pedal that still had a bit of travel. (compared to a 2012 honda) I am happy with it and am sure thats how it was designed.
