Throttle sensor making car shake??

Alright, this has been happening pretty recently. I will be driving and about 15 min later my check engine light comes on and the car shakes and wont accelerate fast. It feels like it has no power. Then i can give it a lot of gas and it wont even rev up. It sounds like crap when this happens.

I think it could be the throttle sensor because when you mess with it when the car is idling it does the same thing and ive heard that people have the same problem and it is the throttle sensor. The throttle sensor was replaced by a previous owner about 2 years ago. Could that still be the problem? Could it just need adjusted? PLEASE HELP ME!!

Try adjusting it and see what happens. Doesn't matter how much throttle you give it if it doesn't realize it.

Sure this doesn't happen like, when the engine gets warmed up? THat would be your cue to remove the fsckin cold start system.
