hey what are the size and offsets on those rims? i am intereseted in purchase some 18x8.5(front) and 18x9.5(rear) both have 35mm offsets. will i have rubbing or any other issues? what if i put on some tokico illuminas and eibach prokits? anyone able to give a clear answer?

Why would you want to see stock GTU wheels? I have HP mods I need to save $$ for.

35 is a generous offset, you should have no problem in the rear, however the front may be close. Also it's not just the rim size that matters, it's also the tire you put on them, unless you get the min size width for that rim, the tire will bulge outside the bead requiring more offset.

The question as always is, why go that wide in the first place? The more you up the offset and oversize the more the geometry gets out of whack and your car will feel like it's driving itself; it'll tug and dart all over the road.

Theres almost no diffrence between the 17's and 18's
18's look ****** great on these cars but its all about what kind of rim it is. The main reason to not go with 18's or over is there heavy and the whole point is to keep the weights down so keeping this in mind in gonna be goin with 17's max and the lightest i can find. This is a good mix of wieght savings and looks.

If you buy Intrax, you don't know what spring rate your getting and you might turn you decent handling stock setup into an unbalanced major body rolling setup. Thats assuming the spring rate is low, I have no idea what it is.
If you buy Ground Control, you can specify what spring rate you want. Call them and they will help you figure out what you need, based on the ride quality you want. I recommend getting 6" 300-350lb front springs and 7" 200-250 lb rear springs for a decent ride. You should get a 2" drop, depending on the spring rate.
