The idea here is price. With mustang gt wheels costing $200 for a set with center caps and looking brand new and weigh at 17 pounds or just under, I don't think you can find a better deal.

Yep, exactly. For me, its not so much that I cant afford a $1000+ set of wheels, I just didnt see the point when I could get these for so cheap and serve the same purpose. Money I saved will be better spent on a FMIC, or standalone ECU.
I can't wait to get my tires in! I ordered some blue lug nuts for now and see how that looks without the center caps and if I don't like then I'll sand the center caps and try and match the silver paint.
The lugs I have now look like crap and they are mismatched, some being bigger than others. Came like that with the car.

trunk tight, sir.
I like em a lot with or without the spokes painted. the black in the center matches the trim of your car, and... well damn it just looks good
so how many times yet have people said, "Hey, what wheels are those?" ?
heh heh

Your right about the price though. Those were not cheap...
You gonna get that FMIC and stand alone?

Honestly, getting all of the wheels and caps powdercoated in a charcoal color or a textured black would look FANTASTIC on that car!! Especially since I know you want to go back to a black sport spoiler.
