I dont want something that serious 400 means no longer a daily mode of transportation. I would like to aim for 300 - 320. Would that be possible with an S5 N/A and a bolt on turbo setup ?
Never buy parts just because they are available. That's a sure way to end up with a mismatched setup that will never work properly.
How much power do you want to make? A T70 is huge, only efficient at higher boost levels, and can be a lag machine on stock ported cars. Do you really want 400 wheel HP?
You'll want to go with a smaller turbo and keep the boost levels moderated if you are using the S5 engine. The turbo choice will depend on how much power you want to make.
Both those turbos are ridiculously small for our engines. Maybe if you use two of them...

You can make those power levels on the BNR hybrids fairly cheaply. If you want to spend a bit more money on a modern turbo, then GT30.
A T70 for those power levels is a complete waste.
