Is there any difference between as S5 NA clutch/PP and S4 T2 clutch and PP?

just wondering .. cuz i have a lightweight flywheel and clutch setup for a s5 NA sitting around and since i was gonna have the engine out of my t2 soon i was wondering if i could use the Flywheel and Clutch setup. I know that i need a different counter weight which i would get from the speed shop i got the setup from . i was just wondering it it would work if i had the right counter weight . that way i can just save some money and use that setup on my t2
