Ok you mean your car is over heating right?
Well check the fan clutch, coolant level, thermo, try doing a flush of the entire system. There is a sensor on the waterpump I believe that can cause problems but I have not delt with that yet so i will not comment on it. You can adjust the temp that I know of. Another good recommendation would be to get an aftermarket water temperature guage to see if your guage just went bonkers or something.

Check what I told you.
Fan clutch=can wear out and not lockk up enough to make the fan pull enough air through the radiator.
Thermostat=can cause the cooling to not work as it was supposed to and is usually the cause of oveheating in most of the cars
Make sure you have enough coolant and the correct proportion of coolant to distilled water.(remember not to use the red stuff)
check the belts on the cars they may be worn and not have enough tension in them to keep the pully from slipping.(if they do not have the air pump they might need the dual belt pully)
They should perform a full flush with a flushing agent.(Zerex)sp?
