2 rotors is the same as a 4 cylinder engine so you should use that set-up. for most aftermarket applications, they use this math equation for rotary engines...
number of rotors x 2 = amount of cylinders
number of rotors x 2 = amount of cylinders

i got it for free that is why i want to use it
plus how do you hook it up on rotaries i have hooked them up on domestic 8cylinders before but they just hook up at the distributer

So you want two tachs both about the same size that'll both show you the same thing, one of which will make your car a target for thieves, just because its free. Cool...
Connect the signal wire to the blue/yellow wire hanging out of the trailing coil harness. It has a bullet connector. Set the tach to 4-cyl.
