The total cost would be around $1000 for it! But then the flanges are inconell and the pipes are 2337 which would keep up good against the heat...
i´m using a Turbonetics T66 so with this design it will be tight between the compressor housing and the LIM! But we have test it and it´ll fit!

Wow, Inconel and SS321 (I had to look up what "2337" is)!
You are crazy!
How thick are those flanges???
I don't think they will ever warp!
Nice job!
Good luck!

Damn, you should have put the wastegate just underneath the turbo flange, instead of just on one of the divided pipes.
Other than that, it looks absolutley beautifull! wow!

nice manifold, wish i could use something like that on mine, but its right hand drive, no way a wastegate would fit where its positioned on that with the steering wrack on that side.

Thanks guys! The flanges are 15mm thick, and the wg flange is for a
46mm Tial. The runners are 54x2 OD.
The main reason that I placed the wg up there is because I´ll be using
a small fan to take air from where the cruise control used to be, to cool
the wg!
I´ll take some pics of it in the car...

That is good work!!!
Besides, Who would flame that????
Did you fab it yourself?? If so, how much for another?? w/o the exotic material. Could you polish the inside or would that make a difference??
