t2 tranny in an 88 conv.?

my friend is sellin me a 91 t2 tranny for $100. will the tranny fit my on 88 conv.?i dont know if there is anything wrong wit it, or whats the mileage on it, but it seems like a good deal to me? what do you guys think?

well I have TII swap in my vert... the drive shaft from the vert didn't fit, we are using an auto driveshaft for it.

need different flywheel which means different counterweight. also different clutch pp and drivershaft, otehr than that it fits.
