t2 swap Q's
i have a series 5 na, i know alot of people use the na harness for the jdm t2. they just splice the conectors in. my question is if i buy a motor with a complet uncut engen harness how dificult is it and what is involved with removing the na harness and replacing it with the jdm t2 harness. i have done some serching but dident find anything that covers this. basicley what i mean is will i have to trace wires through bundles or do i just unplug the old one and plug in the new one.

ok ive never owned a n/a version but the harness is a complete unplug job on the t2, you can pull it through the firewall easy, so the swap could and should be done easy

being the it does come from the other side of the engine bay(RHD) your going to need to position everything so that it works. What ever doesnt reach just cut and splice. It might just be easier buying a t2 harness from the forums
