Suspension Recommendations for FC. I'm trying to figure out what would be a good up grade without spending a bunch. It is stock right not but I wouldn't mind lowering it an inch or so. Any recommendations ?

I just put a set of used RSR springs with Tokico blue shocks on mine. I got it for $150 and so far I'm really happy with it, handles great and it lowered the car a bunch. I believe it's about a 2inch drop, which was perfect for me but might be too low for some people. I know a lot of people have had good luck with Eibach springs which lower it about an inch if you were looking for a little less drop.
If you have the money just get coilovers, then you can adjust everything yourself.

Define "not spending a bunch," and you will get much better answer. Also, add what you plan on using the car for. But I'm bored at work so here it goes by budget:
$300 - Get some Tokico blues. If you look around the for sale section you might even be able to find some used ones that come with aftermarket springs.
$600 - Koni yellows. Instant serious handling improvement, even with stock springs. Again, search the for sale section for a deal.
$900 - Add some springs to the yellows. Probably could easily find a used ground control setup for the price too.
$1200 - Add front camber plates and a rear camber link to the above setup.

yea what's your budget (plus labor if your not going to install it) and is it your daily driver?
check out the west section as well for sacramento meets (good to talk to other FC owners)

Probably the best thing to do is try and find a used spring/shock combo either on here or craigslist or something. For that price you can't be very picky unless you want to wait, you kinda have to take what you can find.

I just bought a set of Racing Beat springs on KYB GR-2 shocks used off a friend for $250. I'm gonna get a set of DTSS eliminator bushings, and then be good for a while until I consider sways. And I'm pretty happy with it, considering my stock suspension had 250,000 miles on it and was blown to hell and back. So yeah, look for a used combo like mentioned above and that should get you going.

i bought a set of tokico illumino's (or something like that) 5-way adjustable and a set of intrax springs. Lowered 1.6" and handles great. 150 for that on craigslist...if you can find a deal like that...DO IT! then get some sway bars or tower strut bars....

2nd choice; eibach prokit with toliko illumina's. eibach did their homework on the springs, they took ride height and spring rate from the race cars (both turbo and non) and made drop in springs.
3rd; rb springs with agx's or tokiko's

^^^agxs are out of budget for this guy ^^^
but they are nice
my advice don't go cheap save your money and get something good don't settle now and then spend more when you can. the satisfaction while be better too if you wait. and get some kyb agx's with rb springs great ride stiff when you want it and soft for daily driving when you want it. that set up is about 600 for the struts and find some used rb springs so at most 800
and if i get my coilovers soon i will sell you my set

I found a used set of Tokico Blues for $200 although I don't know how many mile are on the set. Just text the guy about them. They look fairly new and come with the front springs and perches from a S4 GXL. What do you think? Thanks for all your help!

I must have lucked out, I scooped up a used set of agx's with eibach springs for $150. Blew the fronts driving on Michigan roads >_> so I got new agx's and put my Tein springs on. Agx's are nice but yeah, not cheap at all.
If you decide to lower at all get an adjustable rear camber rod, unless you own stock in a tire company. Btw my Teins lower .8" - .8"

well i agree that you should wait
i have one suggestion
if i had your situation i would wait
save a little bit more chips and go to re-speed.com
they have an little package
it comes with
Tokico Ilumina series shocks and Eibach springs
its like 7 bills
but that would be not that much of a drop
plus you can adjust the shocks
my suggestion
good look on your decision
