If you're not planning on running adjustable toe links, go with Energy Suspension bushings. If you are planning on installing adjustable toe links, get polyurethane bushings for the front control arms (SuperPro or Energy Suspension) and either leave the stock rear control arm bushings alone or convert them to spherical bearings from AWR. The adjustable toe links don't work well with rear control arm poly bushings (poly doesnt flex much) and cause binding issues. You can check out the toe links and bushings on my website: www.j-auto.net. I also carry Mazda Competition bushings (diff, tranny, engine) but havent put them on my website yet.
