If there are any bushings you havent replaced with polyurethane, that might do something.
I read your post and started to suggest the Rear Camber Adjuster from Mazdatrix, but that makes adjustments in equal amounts for both wheels. Then I reread it.
Oh, just scrolled down more on Mazdatrix and noticed the upcoming camber adjusters. They dont have a price yet, and they arent for sale yet, but they say "coming soon" and there is an individual camber adjustment for each rear wheel. Sounds like your ticket.

Opinions are like........
Get a second opinion!!
What are the rear suspension mods? Is there any tire wear or obvious pull?
Check ride height at all four corners. Compare weight at each corner. Have alignment performed with normal driving conditions(1/2 tank gas, weights or driver in seat, tire pressure set.....).
Something is bent(link/shock/arm/frame), broken, warped, worn(bushings), loose, or the alignment rack needs calibration.
Or have a body/frame shop take measurements to make sure your car is straight/true.
I agree with bob13bt. Replace any bushing in the rear that hasn't been replaced(subframe/link/arms.....). Your mods link mentioned front ES bushings. Don't forget to install the rear control arms ones. And, I think that mariah or mazdamotorsports have the other rear subframe bushings since you already have the rear toe eliminators.

ya but the rear control arm bushings is like a 8 hour job.... not fun.
I think it's a common problem to have them off.
and it was corner weighted right before the alignment

for some reason i think you have the adjustable camber link, have you tried pyaling with it, maybe there is a spot where it gets more even? or you could have something bent under there too

Man, thats what I was thinking. Since the lateral link is offset closer to the driver side (left in the US!) it seems there would be a spot where the camber evens out. But youd be paying the alignment guy for HOURS of experimentation. And this is only a vague theory, too.
Scott, were you exagerating on that "8 hour job" for the rear control arm bushings? It seems a bit extreme.

goto www.mazdatrix.com they have got links that you can installed and adjust the camber on the rear
the 1 rod adjusts both equally and the other links they have not got in stock yet
but you will be able to adjust each wheel individually.

From what the race guys tell me, you're lucky if you can get it within .5* of each other.
8 hours to do the rear brackets? That does sound like a lot for mechanic hours. For me, by myself, 8 hours is about right, but I'm working with two jacks, a set of jack stands, and a POS press.
