Stuck bolts, different ways to unstick w/o breaking
Alrighty, ive goten stuck yeat again, the bolts that hold the front stock shock to the spindle assembly are stuck
I have goten the nuts and washers off both, and soaked them both with wd40 numors times,
I have tried hiting them out, i put the nuts back on and had flush with the end of the bolt and hit as hard as i could, didnt move,
I have tried to "unscew" the bolt by turning it the correct way, it spins but does not come out while spinning
any other ways im not seeing that i could get this bolt out? the other 2 on the passengerside came out with one TAP of the hamer, these ones are jerks

Also, have the whole front up on jackstands. If you have one wheel on and on the ground, you preload the sway bar and make it a LOT harder to get the shock off of the knuckle.

Why do you guys always argue with us when we tell you our opinion on what you need to do? If you know how to do it, then why are you asking? And if you don't, then just try it our way!

I am in the process of putting a strait pipe from the manifold to main cat (no more pre-cats) and my dumb *** friend who answer to everything is muscle broke the damned bold off my exhuast manifold. I just drilled it out and put another bolt on, I hope it works. and as for your question,i would always just soak it over night with a good penitrating oil and than try it the next day? my 2 cents

IMO, If there Is one thing I've learned when It comes to removing fastners, screws, nuts, bolts etc, Is periodically soak It In WD-40 or the like to get those suckers off. Every three minutes or so. Then go In for the kill. I had trouble just removing my damn Throttle Plates, even with the Sears Craftman Screw Extractor.
