blue tip wrench ALWAYS works.. soak the area in a penetrating fluid first.. if that fails, like it's too near plastic or it's a steel bolt in an aluminum part, then get a cobalt bit with an offset tip start a hole down the center of the bolt, then use a helicoil or retap kit to do the rest.. I've got @ 12 bolt holes on the FC done that way

thanks but i think it was the heat that put these suckers into "weld-mode". i want to try WD-40, but i hear that stuff smokes like crazy when you use it on exhaust componets.

it will only smoke for a lil while till it burns off.. wont be that bad... pb blaster prolly works better than wd40, as thats more what its made for... but wd is good stuff as well
