yeah, i wouldn't think so, especially not 0.3 of difference. but if you were to run S5 NA ECU with S4 TII rotors, that is a considerable difference, so just wondering if a lot of the lack of performance is due to this. (hard to say because there are a lot of other factors).
There is a formula out there that can calculate the power difference.
I don't normally memorize this forumla since it really applies to NA applications moreso.

S5 NA = 9.7 : 1
S4 NA = 9.4 : 1
9.7-9.4 = 0.3
and as for the difference between S5 NA and S4 TII compression,
9.7-8.5 = 1.2
which i think is QUITE a significant difference in CR...
