Seriously, burning coolant doesn't smell that great. When I get the engine tro operating temps I'm getting some coolant leaking under the intake manifold. I can't see well enough where it might be leaking, but I can see the steam coming up from there, and I can smell the coolant. Has anybody else experienced this. What seal under there would be leaking coolant? Any way to test it to find the leak?

Mazda had this genius Idea to put a small coolant hose(2inches) under the UIM. You can remove the UIM then replace the hose. I just did it recently and it's no fun.

While your there replace other hose's if neccasarry.

Can't sleep HUH?
