starts and stalls problem? anyone has a injector wiring diagram s4 na
I have an s4 na with a start and stall issue. the entire intake was off and the gaskets replaced. it starts and idles perfect then just dies, throttle position makes no difference. Its not a vacuum leak, its been smoke tested. i think the injectors might be wired incorrectly. Looking for a wiring diagram. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks

Do you mean it fast idles right after starting and dies after a few seconds (5-10)? If so, make sure your AFM is plugged in.
If you had switched the primary and secondary injectors it wouldn't start at all (since secondaries open after a certain RPM (guys insert RPM for me lol around 2800 I think) and only under load (boost sensor input).
edit: also try starting it with the yellow fuel pump check plug jumpered (near intake snorkel between AFM and TB).

Its a friends car, We replaced the lower intake gaskets and pretty much everything was replaced and all blockoff plates except bac was used. before the car would start and run above 3000+ rpm, but i checked the tps and it was reading way out of spec. We replaced that and now it starts and idles perfect at 1000 for a couple seconds and then dies. does the primary injectors or secondary injectors have the wiring for the watersensor wrapped with it? I can't check the wiring color cause I dont have access to the car until the weekend.

Jumper the fuel check connector as pfsantos suggested. There is a fuel switch inside the AFM which is used to keep the car running immediately after starting. Jumpering the connector bypasses this switch if it is problematic. You can also have a large vacuum leak which would cause the car to die immediately. And make sure the plug to the AFM is not loose at all.
