starting...............

............ok heres the problem, Ive looked in the Haynes manual or searched. To be amazed my car starts at the first crank, this never happens(been doing it all week). Welp here we go, it idles fine but as soon as you give it gas it bogs big time(goes nowhere). Will the fuel pump/fuel filter be the cause of this? could this be some other problem or could my car be running too rich?

What mods have you recently made to the car? Intake, injectors, what?? Check the air intake system for disconnected or faulty vacuum lines and connectors first then check the fuel delivery through the fuel filter. Get the factory service manual and work through the troubleshooting section for "lack of power, hesitation" in section "F". The FSM can be had on line at the links in the FAQ at the top of this section.

Oh, you might want to change your subject title since your problem is not starting it's "lack of power".

It was running way too rich ended up adjusting the mixture, runs fine now. it was getting too much fuel. Thanx!!
