standalone or new stock ecu?

well i tried to start my jdm engine for a while. it would finally idle at 600 rpm only if it was at wide open throttle. if i let the pedal up, it dies. theres no throttle response. so i checked ecu codes and came up with throttle position sensor narrow range and some other solenoid codes. i tested the tps and its bad. i tested the maf and it to is bad. i find out that theres no 5 volt vref going out of ecu to sensors. i checked power into ecu and ground and they're fine. i also have to say that my check engine light on the idiot light cluster does not come on at all. help is welcome. thanks,
chris

If you can afford the time and money, get a standalone. If you can't, get a used stock ECU. Don't buy a new one, that'd be nuts...
