Stand alone systems
Hi,
I am about to do a s4 n/s to turbo II conversion and am looking at all y options just wondering if anyone out there has put a stand alone ecu system in their car and the dificulties and price roughly?

Average difficulty levels:
- Installing the EMS: About the same as installing a complex stereo system.
- Tuning the EMS so the car at least runs: Not very difficult for those with a few years of experience tuning automotive carbs, model airplane engines, lawn mower engines, etc., but fairly difficult for somebody with no tuning experience.
- Tuning the EMS for max performance: If you are asking this question, then forget about it.
