SS Braided Fuel Lines Adapter Question

SS Braided Fuel Lines Adapter Question
Just checking to see how people have adapted the stock hardlines on the fuel pump assembly to SS braided.
I don't really want to use regular fuel hose to connect the hard line to a hose barb/-AN adapter.
Any info or pics?

Thanks search ****. Guess I wasn't using the right words in the search.
I replaced my entire fuel system with braided stainless. There are no stock fuel lines left in the car, and the connections to the tank are made with AN bulkheads.
If you intend to keep the hardlines, there are many options.
You can flare the ends of the stock lines if they are in good shape. 37 degree flaring tools are avilable, and a nut slipped over the line will secure it to standard AN fittings.
You can braze or weld on an AN flare adapter. Make sure the lines are totally clear before doing something like this and disconnect at the tank end as well. Can be dangerous.
There are sleeves designed to allow connection of standard lines to AN fittings. They have a flared end to match the AN fitting and then a nut that screws overtop. I think Earls has them.
Be careful with the summit kit as it does not mention fuel injection. Some of the sleeves are rated for low pressures only.

Use a metric female tube to -AN male flair fitting.
I use Swagelok fittings. When using a swaged ferule fitting make sure the fitting is harder than the tube you are putting it on for proper swaging.

I would have just used the stock lines if it came with any. They were missing when I bought my car, so rather than source some old crappy ones, I'm just using ss braided.
I think I am going to just use the 37 degree flaring tool to connect the hard lines from the assembly to the new braided lines.

Those.
With these

Then you'll have to make an AN line going from the fuel pump "cover" to the pump.

Would you just take the stock tubing, which I think is closest to 6AN, and then use the flaring tool on that one end? And then use a die to cut a 9/16-18 SAE thread?

I would have done the bulk head fitting route, but the problem is that I have an intake walbro pump, which can't use threaded fittings, so that's why I will just convert the stock hard lines to -5an, like in the link below.

Or use those gay little fittings that are an AN looking fitting with a hose clamp on them.
I slide my -6 line over the outlet on the fuel pump and put a hose clamp on. Been on there for years without leaks or fuss, changed the filter a number of times.
