Which spark plugs to run

I have an 89 TII, and im doing some tuning up and i was wondering some thoughts and feelings on spark plugs. Just kinda looking around and i see all these iridium, and platnium plugs. What do you guys suggest. Thanks

Well i do appreciate it, but i did some searching and i mainly came up with people with compression problems, or the ATF starting trick, and so on

Try searching with spark plugs in the title under advanced searching. That wil bring up the best reasults. It is also covered in the Stickies at the top of the page.
