Spark Plugs, Need Help

Hi all,

I'm from Portugal (sorry my bad english), and i bought an adandoned 1990 Turbo II. The car was stopped since 1999, and because that, i change all the oil: Engine, Brakes, GearBox and Transmission.
The car looks fine but above 5000RPM have some break on rotation, the Lambda value is too high and the car is spending 30L of gas / 100Kms. It seems i have to change the Spark Plugs and maybe the wires too. The problem is that i can't find that here in Portugal. How many and witch spark plugs do i need? I heard 6, is it correct?

Tks.

4 Plugs NGK-2 BUR7EQ leading (lower) 2 BUR9EQ trailing (upper)
Make certain wires are to the correct plugs. Front coil to lower plugs, doesn't matter which one. Rear coil T1 to top front plug, T2 to top rear plug.
