Spark plugs

Hi I have just got a J-spec T2 and I would like to know how do I change the spark plugs and leads.
What tools do I need ?
I read that it is good to use ATF fluid in the lower spark plug inlet if your car is flooding true/false.
Engine has been rebuilt with secondhand Housing, still needs to be run in.
Also the injectors need a clean, are they easy to clean.

Any help will be aprreciated.

Don't do the atf trick if you dont need to, it can hurt your engine (its better than a broken one, but dont do it on a working engine)

just pull the boots off the sparkplugs, unscrew the plugs with a socket (i think it was 13/16ths or something), counter clockwise to take them out,

get some new ones, make sure you dont mess up leading and trailing ones, put some thread antiseize on them, put them in by hand untill you cant turn them anymore, turn them a half turn with the socket, put the boots back on, and you are done

get your injectors professionaly cleaned, nothing else will really work as well

and go and get some kinda manual, or download the service manual for your car... and read thru it, and to searches to find out stuff like this
