I am currently replacing the clutch and am planning on a full exhaust soon and more mods when i get the cash, but i need to change my plugs so would the BUR9EQ's be fine for all 4 plugs ? I dont know much about plugs any suggestions would be great. OH yeah and what about wires? any online place? THanks in advance.

you'll need 2 bur7eq (leading) and 2 bur9eq (trailing)...
as far as wires go, check out rx7.com ...

http://www.rx7.com/cgi-local/2catalog.cgi?cat=6&part=2

there are other online places too, but i'm to lazy to go looking...but that's a start for ya at least.

What would happen if i put the 9's for all 4 plugs? I hear of people with TII's doing this, what advantage/disadvantages would there be?

Its just a colder heat range of plug. I run 9's all the way around and it works just fine. If yours is turbo ( which you said it was... ) Id say go for it.
