well i finally popped a motor, but damnit it was worth it!i was running a 11.0 car (FD full bridge) and had a bunch of americans whooping it up when i smoked him! but more to come on status of motor maybe time for a full bridge! oh yeah the motor blew under no extraordinary circumstances,EGT and boost were good, fuel pressure was good, not sure what happened but the rear rotor is only giving me 2 wooshs while the front is good.like isaid before more to come!
keep ya head up i will return!
just out of curisity vote for what you would do also!

if you are getting two wooshes on the rear rotor it sounds like you have done the side seals. if you had done an apex seal you would only have compression on one phase not two.

Full Bridge 20b!
You already got the tranny to back it up.
Might as well take advantage of all the great prices on rotary parts while your still there! Hell, i think you need to throw a couple complete 13b bridge motors into the passanger seat and hatch before they put it on the crate!

lots of fans of that car
I am thinking build it back to what it was... that was a super fast car and apparently still very driveable. You have a formula that works and I'm thinking don't mess with it. I mean there is always tweaking and **** but is a full bridge going to be worth it power wise? even more unstable/unreliable for how much more power?
I dunno... I'm no expert here but I think you had the right setup there. I'd keep it. Apparently a few others agree with me.
Then again I like the 20b idea too if you have the time and money.

Sorry to hear about your motor. I hurt my motor also about 2 weeks ago. keep it Half bridge port. Just a little more streetable than the full bridge.

well here is the reasoning behind my not going 20B, i have about one month left and need it fixed fairly quickly and 20B swap would be to much now, but when i take it back to the states i highly doubt i will be getting it liscnsed so i figured a full bridge would be nice for track use only. the mileage was only about 3000km before something let loose, not good i know hoping the tuner will cover it. find out what is going to happen early next week. also i would like to post the video of my race before if you would like to see it, so who would like to host it. the race was me and a FD that was from a tuning shop about 4 hrs north of me proven 11.0 timeslips and i smoked him by 2 car lengths!! good race! Best part was i was at 1.2 boost!

I vote for 20B, but also say build it for strength! You can eclipse the power of your 13B partial bridge and have reliability/ street ability. Sell me your FC2000 nose at discount to help finance it
