Whenever I drive my TII either when I slow down coming to a stop or starting off from a stop I hear a rubbing noise from the front that sounds terrible, like metal rubbing.I don't think its the brakes because it makes that noise without applying the brakes but only at slow speeds. My car can't coast like it used to.It slows down rather quickly without any braking. It's costing me lot's of gas money.Anyone know what this problem might be before I have time to trouble shoot tomorrow?

bzar, had a similiar problem on a *cough* honda with the ebrake not fully releasing when it was cold (like 35 or below) outside. Let off the gas and the car would slow down and stop or sit on a small incline without rolling. you could have stuck pads or something up front it sounds like.

I already have a boost problem due to a sprung wastegate.
