I'd start with a compression check, then go for the grounds.

Have you done things like checked the spark plugs, filters and the like?

Probably going to need some more detail, because it sounds like the problem is more complicated than just a tweak of a setting.
- When it stalls does the starter work and it just won't re-light? Is there any smoke? What color
- Have you checked your car for vacuum leaks?
- Have you set the TPS and idle speed?
- Injectors in good working order? Injector O-rings not leaking?
- When was the last time you changed out your fuel filter?
- Are you getting good fuel pressure?
- Are you getting fuel and spark at the rotors?
- Have you checked your compression on all rotor faces?

There's a lot of things that your problem could be. Unfortunately, you have to start eliminating them one at a time.

Well, my cars carbed not fuel injected, and i did just check my fuel filter and it sems to be fine, i have a fuel pressure regulator, and yes, when the car stalls the starter does work, but doesn't relight, it sounds like it's just about to re-light but it just doesn't.....if i can at least figure this out i should be alright, but it still does that stalling thing, i'm thinking it's just a flooding problem, does anyone have any suggestions that can help me delete this flooding problem? Thanx

Does it stall only after you drive it around a bit or will it die as soon as you get off the accelerator when you have it parked?
