solenoid registor??
i was looking at the haynes book and i seen solenoid registor listed on the 86 to 88 NA models do any one know what is it for? i researched about it and only one post came up https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...enoid+registor and i was wondering which harness is it on, is it on the the EM(motor)harness or the front(body) harness???

No, it's used only on 86-87 1/2 cars. The chassis number is given in the parts fische for the dividing line b/t cars it's used on and those it is not used on.
The solenoid resistor package adds a resistance of 6ohms to each injectors wiring circuit. Keeps early low resistance injector drivers in the ECU from burning up/getting whacked by too much current. Takes time for that to happen.
The online FSM's do not show it like the 86-87 FSM's do.
