My guess is the grounds, with the whole 3800 hesitation. Do a search for 3800, you'll see it everywhere.

its not really the 3800 hesitation because it does it from idle to 3800 then takes off. Other mods are intake, full 3 inch exhaust, aftermarket fuel pressure regulator, walbro 255, rc engineering secondarys, the motor is a atkins streetport, and aftermarket bov.

Try taking the FCD off and see what that does! If it goes back to normal then you know the FCD is your problem. Sorta have to eliminate everything.

Have you ported your wastegate?

If you haven't learned already you shouldn't run 15lbs on a stock turbo! Esp an s4 setup. Do some research and find out what you can do.

I plan on an s5 turbo upgrade/ Ported with about 6 lbs of boost. IF you want 15lbs it will cost you some money and with your knowledge I would say lots of money!!!

15 psi is a bad idea. Please do your research on the forum before coming up with this conclusion. After about 12 psi the stock turbo will just create more heat than power.

Porting your wastegate should be a mod to think about however since the S4 has such a small wastegate.

You can still enjoy the car at 8 psi and make plenty of power for right now.

Just a thought, but you have the correct one for the FC3S? HKS has like 3 models of the FCD for various vehicles.

Hmmm, I dunno if it would take that for very long. Just make sure before you boost over double the factory setting that you have the supporting fuel mods. Good luck.

hahahaha it wont be the turbo that blows. omg this kid is just asking for it. Here I will save you some time, take off your UIM, find some gravel, and put it in the holes. Close UIM, now start car with gas pedel all the way down for 5 seconds.
Now get a new engine.

Why on earth do you think you can handle 14 psi?
Now before I go on, this is really just a joke right? You own a 240sx or something right?

First, do you have lager injectors? Do you have a better fuel pump? Do you have a better FPR (I guess not absolutely needed), you said you have FMIC, do you have a standalone to retard the timing? Even with the HKS FCD the ecu doesn't know to change timing past a certian number. (I think 8) Your turbo is now just a huge hairdryer forcing extremely hot air into your engine. I have no pity for you if you REALLY are really trying to do 14 psi with the stock turbo and just a FCD.

I hope no one helps this kid once he blows his engine.
