Smoking around exhaust

FOr some reason there is smoke coming from around the turbo to manifold gasket. Both that gasket and the manifold to engine gasket are new. What would cause this? They turbo does not seem to be leaking oil but the oil inlet pipe had broke about 5 months ago and it has been sitting since. The car has around 137,000 miles so could the turbo be bad?

i have the same issuse. i used some degresser and cleaned the turbo well but
there is still oil on the gasket from the tubo to the manifold and some on the manifold itself. that all has to burn off so run it carfully till is all burnt off.
