An improperly vented PCV/oil system.
A hung open or bad OMP.
A bad turbo, which is quite common.
Most common of all, a rich condition as a result of too much fuel or other control system issues.
Improper porting, worn irons, or improper install of oil control rings can also cause smoke, but any of those would be pretty consistent at a given rpm.

1) PCV will smoke a bit but not like oil seals will
2) same as #1
3) this is an n/a
4) overfueling is generally black smoke and not very thick, it can be slightly bluish since it collects and burns extra oil but easily noticed because of the smell and eye burning and gets worse with RPMs since too much fuel and the car just wont idle.
oil seals can expand somewhat from cold to warm and may seal up slightly when fully warmed, this is exactly what it sounds like to me.

Yea That Is Basically What It Seems To Me. The Car Runs Pretty Well But It Sounds Like Really Tin Canish. I Dont Like The Sound And Was Wondering If A Leak In My Exhaust Headgasket Would Cause It?
