Check to be sure your pulsation damper isn't leaking. That is a VERY bad thing... causes engine fires.

On an NA, it's on the front end of the primary (lower) fuel rail. You can JUST see it below/behind/beside the alternator.

Yes, it is a nasty little thing that can do some dumb things that tend to make you car start on fire which isn't cool

Dude, just don't worry about it... Sooner or later, it'll all be meaningless anyway.

You need to be clearer in your questions, and provide more info. No offence, but your first post wasn’t much more than a rant.
Where is the smell coming from? Are you talking about smelly exhaust gases when idling, or do you smell raw fuel in the engine bay. There’s a big difference!
If it’s the exhaust, have you removed all your emission control gear? From your exhaust mods I don’t think you’re running a cat. Either of these mods will make your exhaust smellier.
If you smell gas in the engine bay, don’t drive your car until you find out where it’s coming from and have fixed it! Otherwise you risk an underbonnet fire. Search the 2ng Gen forum for “pulsation damper”, you’ll find more than enough info.
