small vac question on nz's diagram
here is a pic of my lim and how it only has two sources for vac however on nz's diagram it looks like there is supposed to be three. Here is a pic. And here is a link to his diagram

OK man, mine's different from yours, I'm sure, but here's what I can see with it on the car- two nipples up top, with the vac lines running to the rat's nest, for the switching and relief solenoids for the ACV...One on the back, for the brake booster, and the split air pipe opening. Now, IIRC, there's another one on the top, that hides under the UIM, that goes to the middle nipple at the front of the TB (that's probably the primary air bleeds' source, I would venture to guess)
Prolly didn't help much, eh?

ok here is what I have now still have not found secondar air bleed location but I'm trecking forward and I'm thinking my lim is just a differant one than what nz has in his diagram even though I do have a jspec s4 witch I believe is what he has???? Anyways here is the oil injector bleeds going to the section in back of the lim not in the location nz has in his diagram. IS this ok???

OK, now you've got ME confused...Are you talking about oil metering injector bleeds, or fuel injector air bleeds???
The oil nozzles' air source comes from the upper nipple of the front of the TB on an NA, don't know about the turbos. You're just gonna have to wait until a turbo guru gets on, lol...

man thats strange my fpr nipple is on the primary rail and not the secondary like he showed???? Wayne, in the second post I was talking about the oil metering injector bleeds however in the first post I was talking abut the secondary fuel injector bleeds. Thanks for the help so far I guess I'll just wait until nz gets back on here.

I think on the J-specs the FPR is on the primary rail, and the PD is on the secondary, completely ***-backwards from what we're used to...
So just think in reverse, and everything will become clear to you, lol...

hehe as if I don't get confused easy enough already, now things are *** backward, lol I'm screwed. Anyways here is the next pic of further progress, as you can see I"m not trying to win any marathon puting all this back together
ps. just sanded my fuel rail so it's not dirty so yall can't say anything

In place of the oval shaped fitting on my manifolds, exists a plug with a allen fitting/head in it. I think rotaryrockstar has the same type/configured manifold.
So my advice to rotaryrockstar, concerning the secondary air bleed........is that it ain't thar so don't do a thing. It does not exist. You might confirm to me that you have a allen plug in that location. That would be of some help in understanding the conflicting thoughts about the manifolds.
Also, rotaryrockstar, does your manifold have four nipples on the back of it or the three? I notice on all three of the turboii manifolds I have, have four nipples. One of which on each manifold came with a black cap on it.

this may have answered my question. but everyone is talking about the bigger line in the middle three going to the oil injector bleeds when I thought it was the big nipple on the back of the lim???

WAyne has one of those hesitating non-turbo cars. WE have turbo cars.
While that is a really nice diagram of the Aucklander, it ain't like my or your turboII. We do NOT have that line you refer to. So relax. It ain't there today and ain't gonna be there tomorrow.
WE have a line for the airbleeds that comes from a nipple between the two oil injectors.. That is the ONLY line for the injector air bleeds on our cars. SERIES FOUR of course. NOT talking about series five. Only SERIES FOUR USofA cars.
The slanted line is for the fpr. Not the slanted nipple at the rear but the one in the more or less middle of the manifold.

I EDITED one of my posts above. Please read the correction. NO I don't know what that slanted nipple at the rear of the manifold is. That confuses me. Try lighting up a good cigar and blowin smoke into it to see EXACTLY where it exits. That should give us a clue.
One of my three posts has disappeared. Gone????/ Funny forum. STRANGE, MEANY, EVIL forum. Is this forum run by a NORTH KOREAN????
