Those washers don't have anything to do with gaining/losing compression.

I recommend getting new plugs. Goto the mazda dealership and ask for a set of spark plugs for a rotary engine (13B).

Part number:

NGK Plug: BUR7EQ - Two lead plugs
NGK Plug: BUR9EQ - Two trailling plugs.

How clean is the fuel in the car? Air filter? Etc?

hey i tried cranking it and the lead wires were pretty hot after... wuts this mean?

yeah my plugs were pretty black, each time i took em out though they were pretty wet...

definetly new plugs, ok. and ys it that its always wet when i take it out even after i un flooded it?
