Can you tell me how to set up proper retard with retention of the stock EMS? How about while using an aftermarket EMS? What AFR should you be aiming for with the nitrous system engaged? How does a RRFPR affect jettings?
I have entered a corner with the nitrous system engaged. I don't see what is so difficult about it. I have also engaged the system at the apex of a corner.
Can you tell me how the addition of a nitrous bottle affects a person's ability to drive? what happens when you take a good driver, and give him more power? Then you have a good driver in a faster car. It doesn't take a genius to figure that out. Do you even know what type of driver I am?
Let's face facts: you have no experience with nitrous on a rotary, so shut the **** up. No one cares what you think about it.
Of course, what the hell do I know about tuning engines? Its not like I have any first hand knowledge with tuning every different nitrous system on 13B's, along with many of the different EMS's...
Ignorance is bliss I suppose.

This post will be edited by a moderator. Congrats on displaying your extreme ignorance and grade-school level of argument. I am positive forum members, as well as the public, will take you very seriously.
Buh-bye!
BTW, I am 20, and studying engineering. I am not married, but I have a steady g/f.

You will notice I posted fact, not opinion. I refuse to stand by while such extreme levels of bullshit are posted on this forum.

I currently have 2 cars, four engines.
I am currently selling one of them, my modified 86GX with a street-ported 6 port block, and keeping my stock S5 N/A.
I swapped out the engine out of the 86 so that I could sell it, a bridgeport with direct-port nitrous. I have other plans for that block.
I am looking for a blown GX S5 to begin building up and placing my turbo PP into, along with turbo drivetrain and big brake swap

Yo. I voted 'no', for the simple reason that if you have to ask, you're generally not ready to take on the task.
Do some research, I have posted plnety on the subject, and unlike 90% of the above posters, I have first-hand knowledge in the subject.
I have experience running nitrous on everything from a stock 6 port block to a 13bt with dual stage direct port to a bridgeport with dual stage direct port, with several variations in each set-up. Chances are, if you have an idea, I have done it and can tell you how to accomplish it, what to buy, and how to make it work safely.
Corrections to above:
You can forget the song, "Pop goes the wankel". Nitrous won't kill your engine if you set it up correctly. The only failure I have experinced while using nitrous was a cracked rear endplate.
After exhaust, porting, and intake, very little can be done to the 6 port block to make it significantly faster and keep it streetable. Nitrous is a good option in this case.
It does NOT wreak havoc on engine life. The loss of engine life is equal only to the amount of power added. It only shortens life by being a more powerful engine. This added wear only comes when the system is engaged, so you might kiss away 1000 miles from a 200,000 potential.
No skills or talent to use nitrous? I really question that comment. Does the commentor really have any experience in tuning a nitrous system? Its not just a bolt on and go thing.
Anyone wanting to contest these comments should also make sure to post their first hand knowledge with tuning a nitrous injection on a rotary, what exactly went wrong, and their exact system for analysis. Without this experience, it is all hearsay, which is really quite useless. [/QUOTE]
