secondary injectors or other issue?

So I can drive my car just fine but it feels like the timing is going back and forth just while I'm driving and I noticed if I stomp the gas, it only goes up to approx 3500-3800(secondary inj range) and cuts out, or if I free rev the car it goes to about 5-6k range and does the same thing, but if I don't drive the car and just let it warm up, sometimes I can free rev it all I want, but if I let it sit and idle to long then it wont rev over about 2k. Any help would be awesome, the only thing I know of doing that i have not done yet, is to re-wire the fuel pump and that will be done tuesday. Thanks for any help.

Part of your issue sounds like the infamous "3800 hesitation". There are numerous threads and a writeup can be found at the bottom of the page here:
Proper RX-7 Grounding Procedures
It couldn't hurt to try and this is a relatively easy and inexpensive fix to try before you start throwing money at a problem blindly. Good luck.
