I have a set on order. Being custom made to replace teh stock coolant hoses. >6 weeks delivery time is a bit of a bummer, but should have them by the time my Fluidyne arrives

They aren't very expensive and are great for peace of mind...replace them once and never worry about a bursting hose again - these are pretty much standard for most WRX owners...theres nothing really special about them, just that they should be used as OEM

Don't believe the marketing hype. These are really only for looks, and personally I think lots of coloured hose scattered all over the the engine bay looks pretty naff.
The factory hoses have lasted this long (and haven't failed yet), so if I need to replace them I'm happy to buy the considerably cheaper ones from Mazda and know they'll probably last longer than the car.
