Safe to do?

I believe my engine is running on only one rotor but I still have yet to find that out. It dies below 1500 rpm and doesn't idle at all. Would it be safe to drive it to a rotary specialist about...30 k away or do you think i should go ahead and pay 100$ for the tow? Let me know what you guys think. I finally want to get my car back on the road but I don't want to wreck it more.

I drove my FC 1000 miles after it blew. That includes a 400mi road trip. There was no extra damage done to the engine in the process.

Edit: It had a blown coolant seal, and an apex seal.
