Safc problem

well is not a problem but 2 days ago i had a fried wire on one of the relays going to the ecu and i replace it and now my Safc is reading 20% of throttle at idle and i tried to adjust it but dont do nothing. before that i had it at 4% and another thing i notice too that my voltage gauge on the dash is reading fine compare that before it always read 12v. my question is fixing the wire help make the AFC read better or the TPS is bad? thanks
