s5 Turbo II swap quesions

Im in the middle of my swap...i got the old s5 n/a motor and tranny out of car. got the Turbo II on the cherry picker waiting to be put in. i took a/c and power steering off. i got the fuel cut deffenser, turbo AFM, and complete uncut harness with turbo ecu. im going to have 3" exhaust piping with cat. what will be my max boost as of rite now. I also have a walbro 255 fpump needin to be installed. should i upgrade my secondary injectors to 720cc? i dont know if im suppose at this point cuz i really ant got many upgrades except my front mount, new BOV and boost controller, the fuel pump and exhaust work. plz let me know thanks.

I don't imagine that you'll see any boost creep if you still have a catalytic converter. If you want to put those 720cc injectors in, i'd probably get some type of fuel controller like an SAFC.

I'd asay that you should probably see somewhere around 10psi...

its always safe to get some sort of piggyback if your running up the boost, like taking the cats off for example. instead of getting an safc from apexi, get the rtek 2.1 chip for your ecu. wayyyyy better, you just mail em your ecu and they put it in for you. its only like 100 more bucks then an apexi anyways. you can adjust things using a pda etc. etc. your gonna use your turbo harness for the swap?

yeh thats a problem 2. i have a rite hand drive harness. is it going to reach? i dont plan on turning up the boost. i just have a greddy BOV with boost controller, front mount, bigger fuel pump, better clutch and guages and timer.

You'll probably get a bit of boost creep, even with the S5 turbo/wastegate. I've had my S5 wastegate ported, and even now, I see boost as high as 11-12psi on a cold night. You'll want to get your wastegate ported.

No the JDM harness wont reach. You will need to extend the wires or use your existing N/A harness and splice 2 of the connections.
