S5 NA won't start - trailing plugs = wet leading plugs = dry
Hey guys, long time no see.
The other day I moved my dad's S5 vert down the driveway and turned it off. It ran for about a minute then I turned it off. Later that day he goes to drive it and it won't start. We thought it was flooded because we could easily smell gasoline. So, I pulled the trailing plugs, which were very wet and smelled of gas. I dried them off and= left the plugs out for a day... put them back in and tried again, nothing. So... I pulled all four spark plugs, cranked the engine a few times and tried to get the rest of the fuel out of the housings. Put the plugs back in... still wouldn't start. (Had good compression though! ) Anyway... my brother and I were thinking that either the spark plugs are bad or the wires are bad, any suggestions or ideas? Thank you very much!
