s5 air flow meter question

I wanted to know if the air flow meter from an s5 is the same one used on the probe/mx6 (later model cars). A friend of mine told me they are all the exact same one and was just running it by you guys to see if thats true

This is the black sliding cone type afm.

Check the number on it. NA's I think are N350 and the TII S5 AFM's are N370.
